ED RN Job in Framingham, MA

MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 9, 2026, working 4x12 evening shifts.

Your Role

You will provide direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients in the emergency department on a per-shift basis. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality. You will support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring appropriate nursing care delivery and help maintain clinical staff competency. When appropriate, you will supervise and delegate care to other staff members.

What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients
• Provide supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and manage resources appropriately for patient care
• Deliver emergency department nursing services at the unit level
