Medical Technologist Job in Cumming, GA

Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking a Medical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cumming, Georgia. You will work the night shift from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM on a 4x10 schedule, performing specimen testing and analysis in a clinical laboratory setting.

Position Details:

• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
• Weekly pay: $1,860.04
• Start date: June 22, 2026

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Technologist
• Current certification from ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Allied Health Professional credential

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will perform specimen testing and analysis using laboratory protocols and equipment. You will work independently during night shifts, ensuring accurate results and maintaining quality standards in the clinical lab environment. Your work supports patient care by providing timely and reliable laboratory data to clinical teams.

This position is open to Medical Technologists and Medical Lab Scientists only. Medical Lab Technicians will not be considered for this role. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to the Cumming area, as local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered for this assignment.
