Job Details:

• Work varied schedule with flexible timing
• Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed, with Boswell as primary campus
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in progressive care unit setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to organizational policies
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning needs
• Formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Delegate appropriately and supervise healthcare team activities
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately and timely
• Participate in patient and family education
• May supervise staff and workflow as needed
• Required certifications: Current valid RN license, BLS certification
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Must have worked in acute care setting within past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
