RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on a 33-bed Med Surg unit with a 5:1 patient ratio
• Unit staffing includes charge nurses, RNs, techs, and unit secretaries
• Schedule requires every other weekend with flexibility for special requests and time off
• Floating policy requires travelers to take turns floating when needed
• Document patient care using Meditech electronic documentation system
• Required to complete white boards for patient experience standards
• Perform regular med/surg procedures and basic med surg care
• Basic med surg knowledge required
• Required certification: BLS
• Required dress code: Navy blue, black, royal blue, or any shade of gray scrubs
