CT Technologist Job in Wichita, Kansas

Wesley Woodlawn Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Wichita, Kansas. This is a 91-day contract position running November 17, 2026.

Role Overview

You will perform CT imaging across a range of adult and pediatric scans, working primarily with emergency department patients and inpatients as ordered. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform CT scans of head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis
• Perform CTA studies including chest, neck, abdomen, and occasional cardiac studies
• Execute CT lumbar and thoracic spine scans
• Follow CT head stroke protocols
• Operate the Siemens Somatom Plus 128 slice CT scanner
• Work with EMR system Meditech and PACS system FUJI Synapse
• Back up X-ray technologist when needed for OR coverage
• Work independently and troubleshoot technical issues

Schedule and Compensation

You will work 5 days per week on 8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Weekend CT shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM when coverage is required. Weekly pay is $2,628.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months CT technologist experience
• CT registration with ARRT
• KSBHA license
• 2–3+ years of CT experience preferred
• Siemens scanner experience preferred

Additional Information

Black scrubs are required and not provided by the facility. You will work as an allied health professional in a hospital setting with both routine and specialized imaging protocols.
