Operating Room RN Job in Naples, FL

Physicians Regional Medical Center – Collier is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the operating room. You will work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week, with an anticipated start date of October 5, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases across multiple service lines including General, Urology, Spine, GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Breasts, and Robotics
• Ensure adequate supplies, timeliness of cases, and effective communication with families and care team members
• Update and maintain physician preference cards
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care in the OR
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning perioperative patient care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room technicians, and other personnel according to the State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and regulatory requirements
• Float between campuses as needed

Requirements

• RN degree
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• AHCA fingerprinting clearance required prior to start date
• Call and holiday coverage availability

Compensation and Details

Weekly pay is $2,044. This is a 13-week assignment at an acute care medical center in Naples, Florida.
