Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Christian Hospital in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment on the nephrology telemetry unit. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts, providing direct patient care to adults with complex cardiac and renal conditions.

• Shift & Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend requirement includes 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for nights), totaling 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule. Self-scheduling system in place with no on-call requirements.
• Patient Care: Patient ratios of 1:5–6. You will care for adults with diagnoses including COVID-19, unstable cardiac conditions, and renal failure. Responsibilities include peritoneal dialysis procedures and management of patients requiring lift equipment.
• Clinical Skills Required: You must be skilled in cardiac telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of dysrhythmias. Current BCLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications are required.
• Experience & Support: 1–2 years of experience is preferred, though first-time travelers are accepted. Christian Hospital provides 40 hours of orientation to support your success.
• Work Environment: You will float within the service line to similar units as needed. The facility uses EPIC charting and requires navy scrubs.

Compensation: Weekly pay is $2,262.82. Assignment begins July 13, 2026.
