CVICU RN Job in Denver, CO

You will work as an RN in the Cardiac ICU at HCA HealthONE Swedish CO in Denver. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 20, 2026, with 3x12-hour night shifts (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM). You will earn $1,839.60 per week.

Your Role

You will provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Cardiac ICU unit on the 3rd floor of the main building. You will maintain a 1 RN to 2 patients ratio in this well-established cardiac care environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring cardiac status, managing ventilators and IV pumps, assisting with intubations and central line placements, and collaborating with the charge RN, bedside RNs, and PCT staff.

Required Qualifications

• RN license (current and unrestricted)
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with neuro population
• Experience with medical ICU population
• Prior Meditech EMR experience

What You Will Work With

You will use cardiac monitoring equipment, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan catheters. You will assist with common ICU procedures and work as part of a collaborative team where patient care is the priority.

You must demonstrate a collaborative team player attitude and strong communication skills. This position is ideal for an experienced ICU nurse looking for a travel assignment in the Denver area.
