Physical Therapist Job in Bangs, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel position at Bangs Nursing & Rehab in Bangs, TX. This is a day shift role in a nursing and rehabilitation setting where you will deliver direct patient care and support the recovery goals of individuals requiring post-acute rehabilitation services.

Position Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Day shift schedule
• 91-day assignment
• Start date: May 11, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,336

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a nursing and rehabilitation facility
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work with patients requiring rehabilitation and recovery services
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
