Med Surg RN Job in Roswell, NM

You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on an every-other-weekend schedule at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. This is a 13-week assignment starting May 11, 2026.

Your Role

You'll care for general Med Surg patients, post-operative orthopedic patients, and general surgery patients. Your typical patient ratio is 1:6, occasionally 1:7. You may float as needed but rarely—and only to ICU for Med Surg overflow or Step Down patients. Call is required but seldom needed beyond your regularly scheduled shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• RN degree
• 2+ years of experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers

What You'll Use

You'll work with the Cerner EMR system and Mindray Telemetry System. Wear royal blue scrubs.
