Wound Care RN Job in Tucson, Arizona

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a Wound Care position at BUMC Tucson, a 600+ bed Level I Trauma Center located at 1625 N Campbell Ave in Tucson, Arizona.

Position Details:

• Mobile wound care role working 4 shifts per week (36 hours)
• Monday through Friday schedule with varied days; no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
• 89-day assignment starting May 11, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,416

Requirements:

• Current valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification
• CWS (Certified Wound Specialist) or WOCN (Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse) certification required
• Minimum 2 years experience in wound care management or related field
• Previous experience as a Wound Care RN in an acute setting
• Travel experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for wound care patients
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes in patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Provide patient and family education regarding wound care management

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking throughout shifts
• Bending and lifting up to 75 pounds
• Exposure to blood and bodily fluids; standard precautions required
