<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• 13-week contract position<br>• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM<br>• Weekend rotation required - 1-2 weekend days per 4-week period<br>• Acute care experience required<br>• Neuro background required with experience in spinal cord injury (SCI), brain injury (BI), and stroke rehabilitation<br>• Must have experience in multiple settings: Acute, Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR), and Outpatient (OP)<br>• Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day preferred<br>• Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines and utilization of CARE tool assessment preferred<br>• Must demonstrate ability to meet productivity standards with 75% direct patient care per 8-hour shift<br>• Follow provided schedules and coordinate with interdisciplinary team<br>• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills required<br>• Team-oriented personality with ability to engage effectively with staff<br>• Dress code requirement: Caribbean Blue scrubs</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring both a 64-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 400-bed acute care hospital with full outpatient services. The facility operates as an HCA Center of Excellence for Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, and Amputee care, with applications pending for Brain Injury and Cancer program certifications.
