Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on weekends
• Call requirement of 40 to 60 hours within a 6-week schedule
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Transplant experience is required, specifically must be able to scrub liver recipient transplants independently
• Required certifications: BLS and NBSTSA
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals is required
• Daily average surgical case volume of 35 across 22 operating rooms
• Must be proficient with Da Vinci XI surgical system
• Flexible endoscope reprocessing experience preferred, including bronchoscopes, EGD scopes, EUS, and flex sigmoidoscopes
• Required skillset includes: Large Open Belly Cases, General, Urology, Thoracic, Gynecology, Scrub, Aseptic Technique, Plastics, Whipple, Liver Resection, Liver Transplant, and Free Flap
• Additional procedural experience required includes: abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, laparoscopic assisted cases, robotic surgery, spinal fusion, total hip and knee replacement, vascular procedures, and thoracic surgery
• Serves adult patient population in a high-acuity academic and teaching hospital environment
