CVOR Technologist

Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No night shift; on-call only during evenings
• On-call required 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Work in a unit with 2 heart rooms with a possible 3rd
• Utilize EMR systems Meditech and CPN
• Perform procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR
• ECMO program restarting on unit
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience required
• Active Kansas licensure required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Open heart and cardiovascular experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Confident, team-player mindset with a positive attitude required
• Strong communication skills with staff and providers expected
• Patient experience is a priority
