Opportunity:

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Day shift position Monday through Friday with shift start time of 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Scheduled for 8-hour shifts but may be required to stay late after 3:00 PM until cases are complete
• Minimum of 1 weekday call shift per week required with 30-minute response time
• Up to every other weekend on call required with 30-minute response time
• Required to rotate holiday call with 30-minute response time
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week assignment or greater, 1 shift per assignment less than 13 weeks
• May be required to float to other surgical departments
• Scrubs will be provided
• Facility operates 6 suites with an average of 22 cases per day
• Common cases include scleral buckle, vitrectomy, corneal transplants, cataracts, minor general surgery, minor spine stabilization procedures, spinal cord stimulators, ENT procedures, and dental
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR tech required
• Must have experience in ophthalmology
• Charting system: EPIC
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• BSN not required
