Position Overview

You will provide physical therapy services to patients in the rehabilitation and recovery phases of care. Working within a collaborative healthcare team, you'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to support optimal patient outcomes and functional recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility, strength, and functional capacity
• Design and execute evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Document patient progress and clinical observations with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
• Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust interventions as needed

About You

You hold a degree in Physical Therapy and are licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist. You are organized, patient-focused, and comfortable documenting clinical information thoroughly.
