Physical Therapist Job in Fort Morgan, CO

St. Elizabeth Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 18, 2026. You will work four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Your Role:

• Conduct 45-minute outpatient sessions with blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day
• Provide mostly outpatient orthopedic care with some neurological and inpatient acute cases
• Address common diagnoses including post-joint surgery, pain management, back injuries, post-fall rehabilitation, post-neurological events, and sports injuries
• Utilize the warm water therapy pool as a treatment option
• Complete electronic charting using EPIC

Schedule & Expectations:

• Very occasional weekend on-call requirements
• No holiday requirements
• First week department-specific orientation required
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Current Colorado PT license
• BLS certification
• Must reside within 60-mile radius of facility
• Valid driver's license required
• Training provided for required skills

Work Environment:

• Dress code allows scrubs or business casual attire

Compensation:

• Weekly pay: $2,306.80
