OR RN Job in Casa Grande, AZ

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a full-time travel position based in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Position Details

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call required: 3 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts per month
• 89-day assignment
• Start date: July 6, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,718

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience
• OR experience within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for surgical patients. You will formulate and implement comprehensive plans of care including discharge planning. Your role includes providing direct patient care through coordination, delegation, and supervision of support personnel.

You will evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, and maintain thorough documentation in patient records. You will participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel, and maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations.

Physical Demands

This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds. You will use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
