Cath Lab Technologist Job in Clearwater, FL

Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities, typically involving one weekend shift per 4-week schedule and 7–9 call shifts monthly.

Compensation: $2,462.40 per week. Assignment begins June 29, 2026.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (first-time travelers not accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and RCIS certifications
• Florida state license
• Proficiency in EKG skills and cardiac catheterization procedures
• Scrub techniques, EKG lead placement, room circulation, and sterile field management
• Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, and rotablader procedures
• Ability to handle complex procedures including CTO, complex PCI, peripheral interventions, and carotid stenting
• Must pass EKG exam (three attempts allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cerner EMR experience
• Phillips imaging equipment and Xper platform experience

Additional Details:

• Red scrubs required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility per travel radius requirements
• No floating to sister facilities
