Echo Technologist Job in Idaho Falls, ID

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is seeking an Echo Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work 10.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with scheduled call coverage for nights and weekends as the facility operates 7 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography and ultrasound testing on patients across the age spectrum, from neonatal to geriatric populations
• Work with high-acuity cardiac patients undergoing ultrasound-based diagnostic testing
• Operate in a stat, high-stress environment with exposure to body fluids and blood
• Maintain professional presentation and adhere to assigned unit dress code
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team in a fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience or accredited coursework in echocardiography
• Current registry or certification in Adult Echo (ARDMS or ARRT)
• Current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound
• Current BLS certification
• Working toward attaining registries in all accredited areas
• Flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care and collaboration

This assignment offers a weekly pay rate of $2,336 and runs for 91 days, beginning July 6, 2026. You will gain exposure to diverse cardiac patient populations and advanced ultrasound diagnostics while maintaining the professional standards expected in a regional medical center setting.
