Job Details:

• Must have high proficiency in both CT and X-Ray specialties
• Part of shift and holiday rotation required
• On-call schedule to be determined
• 2+ years of current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting required
• 2+ years of current X-Ray Tech experience in a hospital setting required
• Must be proficient and highly experienced with fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portables, and OR C-arm
• Must have experience working with all age groups
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Position patients on examining table and adjust immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified body areas requested by physician
• Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures
• Move radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified positions and adjust equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance
• Operate film processing equipment
• Operate mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room, emergency room, or at patient's bedside
• Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily workflow
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual with a lab coat, or basic plain personal scrubs; no hooded sweatshirts; closed-toe shoes required (sneakers or clogs); hair must be pulled back if longer than shoulder length; no dangling earrings
• Required certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active ARRT certification
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (MIRT) license required
