Cath Lab Technologist Job in Baltimore, MD

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a 91-day travel assignment with 4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Schedule

• Weekly pay: $2,872.80
• 4 ten-hour day shifts per week
• Call requirement: 1–2 call shifts during weeknights (Monday–Friday) and 3–24 hours weekend call per month
• Scrubs provided by facility

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• CCI, RCIS, or ARRT R certification required
• Maryland state license required if you hold ARRT certification
• First-time travelers accepted

Role and Responsibilities

You will care for adult and geriatric patients in a high-paced, efficient environment with daily census of 12–20. You will perform interventional and diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures, including right and left heart catheterizations, stent placement, balloon angioplasty, rotablator procedures, thrombectomy, PCI, PTCA, PFO closures, TAVR, and structural heart procedures. You will work as both scrub technologist and room circulator as needed, using Phillips and Mac Lab equipment.

• Cerner EMR experience
• Acute Monitoring
• ACIST and Watchman Procedures
• Impella insertion
• TAVI/TAVR procedures
