ICU RN Job in Des Moines, IA

You will work as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center. This is a 6-month travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026.

Schedule and Expectations

• Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Holiday coverage required for July 4th, then every other holiday thereafter

Your Role

You will provide intensive care nursing in a critical care environment, monitoring and caring for critically ill patients who require advanced medical interventions. You will work with specialized ICU equipment and technology as part of your daily responsibilities.

Team and Documentation

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, specialists, and support staff. Patient assessments and interventions will be documented according to facility protocols.

Compensation

You will earn $2,342.34 per week for this assignment.
