Cath Lab Technologist Job in Lafayette, IN

IU Health Arnett Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join the Radiology and Cardiology team in Lafayette, Indiana. This is a 91-week travel position offering $3,194 weekly pay.

Shift and Schedule

• Alternating 4x10 day shifts: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per workweek
• On-call requirement: 10–12 shifts per month with 30-minute response time
• Call duration: 12–14 hours, beginning at shift completion or 5:00 PM if not working that day
• Must work one winter holiday

Role Requirements

You will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures with proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, IABP placement and removal, Impella insertion, pacemaker insertion, PCI, PTCA, right and left heart catheterization, rotablator atherectomy, stent placement, and vascular closure systems.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum one year of cath lab experience
• Strong interventional case experience and STEMI procedures
• Scrub experience with TAVRs, Watchman procedures, and ablations
• Proficiency with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures

Preferred Experience

• Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Ablations, peripherals, and upper and lower extremity procedures
• Arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardiac mapping, conduction studies, electrophysiology evaluation, and left atrial appendage (LAA) closure
• Siemens X-Ray System
• McKesson charting system (primary system is Cerner)

Required Certifications

• ARRT(R)
• ACLS
• BLS

Floating within IU Health Arnett Hospital and to affiliate hospitals is required. Start date is August 24, 2026.
