Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Outpatient @ Ochsner Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM<br>• Primarily outpatient position with occasional inpatient flexing<br>• See approximately 10 patient visits per day<br>• 1 year of physical therapy experience required<br>• Travel experience required<br>• Must live over 65 miles from facility (address on driver&#39;s license to site address)<br>• Required certifications: BLS and Louisiana state license<br>• Epic charting system experience required<br>• Dress code requires maroon/wine/burgundy scrubs<br>• Work with patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics<br>• Experience needed in general orthopedics, neurology, disability, and generalized weakness<br>• Skills include acute care, outpatient clinic work, rehabilitation, and various conditions such as total joint replacements, spinal conditions, stroke rehabilitation, and traumatic brain injury<br>• 3-hour orientation provided<br>• May be assigned to "Emergency Team" during facility emergencies with expectation to stay until event passes<br>• No call-ins permitted - strict attendance policy</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing both inpatient and outpatient services to the community.
