About this role

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. This is a 26-week travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

  • 4x10 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Weekly pay: $3,428.35
  • Call requirements: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3–4 weeks
  • Low census mandatory cancellation policy allows one shift cancellation per two-week pay period

Your Role

You will perform cardiac stent placement, diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, and interventional procedures. You will maintain sterile fields, perform scrub procedures, and assist with complex cardiac interventions and pericardiocentesis procedures. You will work with adult and geriatric patient populations and operate equipment including OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, Impella devices, and IABP. The facility features 7 new catheterization rooms equipped with Philips Azurion systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab and Angio experience with scrub experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • ARRT-R (Radiologic Technologist) certification
  • OBMI (Oregon state license) or proof of application with fingerprints
  • One reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager

Expectations

You must be willing to float within the site and across the system as requested. Refusal to float will result in contract cancellation. You will complete any assigned education within one week of your assignment start date.
