Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 1-2 weekend shifts required throughout the entire assignment
• Provide physical therapy services to inpatient acute care and ICU patients
• Strong experience with inpatient acute care and ICU patients required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Kentucky physical therapy license required (pending upon submission allowed)
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 75 mile radius rule applies (therapy department may be lenient on radius rule)
• No floating to affiliate hospitals required
• References required for submission
• Copy of certifications required
• No specific charting experience required
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions
