Med Surg RN Job in Denver, CO

HCA HealthONE Swedish CO is seeking a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment on the 7 North-Spine unit, a 18–20 bed medical-surgical floor. You'll work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, at a weekly rate of $1,708.20.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a 6:1 patient ratio, supported by an LPN
• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Manage wound care and ostomy care
• Operate medical equipment including Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
• Contribute to a night shift team consisting of one charge nurse, three nurses, one LPN, and one to two PCTs

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital medical-surgical experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Burn care experience preferred
