CT Technologist Job in Charleston, SC

You will work as a CT Technologist at MUSC Health Charleston, a Level 1 Trauma facility performing a full range of CT imaging procedures. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Three 12-hour day shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,462.40
• Holiday rotation required; no on-call
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 40 orientation hours required

Your Role

You will perform Level 1 Trauma scans, routine studies, outpatient, cardiac, and interventional radiology procedures across 3 CT rooms. Daily census is approximately 130 patients. You will float to sister facilities and rotate through all buildings as needed. Preferred experience includes IR/Angio/Special Procedures with biopsies and drainage. Additional skills valued: 3D rendering, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, colonography, multiplanar reconstruction, PACS, and vascular CTA.

Equipment and Systems

• Siemens equipment required: Force (Somaris 7), Go.Top (Somaris 10), and Somatom Definition (Somaris 7)
• Epic charting system (experience required)

Requirements and Credentials

• BLS, ARRT RT(R)(CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT) certifications required
• South Carolina state license must be in hand at start; pending licenses not accepted
• Minimum 6 months Level 1 Trauma experience required
• 1 year total experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted with prior experience
• You must supply your own radiation badge (facility does not provide badges to travelers)
