PCU RN Job in Barberton, OH

You will work as a Registered Nurse in a 34-bed cardiac Progressive Care Unit with telemetry and stroke overflow capabilities. This role offers you the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a structured environment with clear expectations and professional growth.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver bedside nursing care with patient ratios of 1:4, with occasional 1:5 assignments
• Manage cardiac drips and monitor telemetry patients
• Float to other units as needed to support facility operations
• Document and communicate using the Epic electronic health record system
• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• Demonstrated Epic experience within the past 1 year (must be documented on resume)
• Comfort and competency with cardiac drips
• Solid black scrubs required for all shifts
• References to be submitted at time of application (maximum 7 days to provide)
