Med Surg RN Job in Independence, MO

You'll join Centerpoint Medical Center MO as a Registered Nurse in our medical-surgical rehabilitation unit. This is a 12-week travel assignment offering 3 nights per week on a 7 PM to 7 AM schedule, giving you flexibility while maintaining consistent patient care responsibilities.

About the Role

As an RN in our rehabilitation nursing environment, you will:

• Provide direct patient care in a med-surg rehabilitation setting
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient requests
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and care staff
• Support patients in their recovery and rehabilitation goals
