Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No self-scheduling; block scheduling in place
• Call requirement of 6 shifts in a 6-week period with 12-hour call shifts
• Call response time of 30 minutes required
• Rotating holiday call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA
• Colorado DORA license required
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across 9 operating suites averaging 20-30 cases per day
• Common cases include orthopedic, general surgery, spine, robotics, urology, GYN, ENT, and trauma
• Level 1 Trauma Center acute care setting
• Charting performed using EPIC system
• Ceil scrub color/dress code required
• Must be available in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
• Must reside within 60 miles of facility; valid driver's license must be submitted
