Med Surg RN Job in Memphis, TN

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Medical-Surgical floors at St. Francis Medical Center - Park. This is a 10-week travel assignment offering 3x12 day shifts, working 12.5-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:17 PM.

Your clinical responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support the facility's CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and manage appropriate resources related to patient care

You will rotate across multiple units within the facility, including Neuro Telemetry, Cardiac Stepdown, and Post-Operative floors. Patient ratios vary by unit: 1:7 or 1:8 on the 5B Floor Neuro Tele unit, 1:4 on the 5T Cardiac Stepdown unit, and 1:6 to 1:7 on the 6T Post Op unit.
