Respiratory Therapist Job in Manchester, NH

You will work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. This is a 91-day travel assignment with 3x12-hour night shifts (6:15 PM to 6:45 AM), working 36 hours per week. You will be scheduled every other weekend with no on-call responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy, and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Manage non-invasive ventilation and mechanical ventilation
• Assist with intubations and bronchoscopy procedures
• Administer continuous albuterol treatments and cough assist therapy
• Transport ventilated patients
• Care for patients from infants to geriatrics, with preference for neonatal experience
• Work in pediatric ER and pediatrics only if competency is demonstrated

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Current RRT certification
• Valid NH state license
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross only)
• Experience in trauma, community hospital, ER, and adult ICU settings
• Epic charting experience required
• Drug screen completion within 14 days of start date

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACLS and PALS certifications
• CRTT certification
• Equipment experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, LTV 1200, or HT70 ventilators
