PACU - Post Anesthesia Care

RN - PACU

Job Details:

• Circulator position requiring a minimum of 3 years of circulator experience
• Work within an Operating Room setting handling all types of elective and emergency surgical cases
• Cases include abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedics, vascular, and OB/GYN procedures
• Multi-task efficiently to ensure surgical cases proceed throughout the day in a timely manner
• Utilize after-hour call services to staff the Operating Room for nights, holidays, and weekends
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ADN) required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid, current, full, and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience in a Critical Access Hospital and/or rural Operating Room strongly preferred
