Job Details:

• RDCS Adult (RDCS-A) certification required
• Multimodality certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited ECHO training program required
• Perform diagnostic medical radiography within department and other areas
• Provide radiographic examination for diagnostic interpretation
• Exercise professional judgment in performance of procedures applying principles of radiation protection
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served
• Assess and interpret patient data to identify individual patient needs and provide appropriate care
• Maintain patient records and files
• Assume responsibility for departmental quality assurance program
• Pursue continuing education
• Transfer patients to and from radiology as needed
• Assist in general hygiene of department
• Work with patients and employees of all cultural and religious backgrounds
• Must be able to work well in situations of stress
• Perform ancillary and other duties as assigned by supervisor
