RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work in 24-bed telemetry unit with capacity for 8 stepdown patients
• Patient ratios: 3:1 for stepdown, 5:1 for day shift, 7:1 for night shift
• ACLS certification required
• Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and care plan development
• Physical demands include pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Team nursing model with emphasis on communication and teamwork
• Work in large patient rooms equipped with private bathrooms and showers
• Provide intermediate level care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring and stepdown services
