Medical Technologist Job in Lebanon, NH

D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Medical Technologist for a night shift position in the blood bank laboratory. This role offers you the opportunity to work with specialized immunohematology procedures and contribute directly to patient transfusion safety.

Position Details:

• Shift: 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM, 5 days per week (40 hours)
• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: August 31, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,628

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform antibody screens using solid phase and tube testing methods
• Conduct forward and reverse ABO group testing, direct antiglobulin tests (DATs), elutions, and complex antibody workups
• Execute antibody titers and capture-P testing
• Support massive transfusion protocols and emergency blood component requests
• Manage blood bank inventory and perform quality control on equipment and reagents
• Perform component manipulation including irradiation and divisions
• Support neonatal transfusion services and fetal maternal hemorrhage screening
• Dispense and issue blood components according to protocol
• Perform antigen typing and conduct electronic and tube crossmatches

Required Qualifications:

• MLT Certification
• Blood Bank MLS/MLT experience required
