Surgical Technologist Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This is a high-acuity surgical role working in a Level 1 Trauma center environment.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM to 7:15 PM)
• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,519.25

Role Responsibilities:

You will function as a surgical technologist in a fast-paced OR setting, supporting surgical teams during trauma cases and other high-acuity procedures. Your duties include preparing surgical instruments and equipment, maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments to surgeons, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will work with patients ranging from acute trauma to specialized surgical cases, requiring quick decision-making and strong technical skills.

Requirements:

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist credential
• Proven travel healthcare experience required
• Level 1 Trauma center experience mandatory with demonstrated proficiency in trauma surgical procedures
• Burn experience preferred
• Proficiency with surgical technology equipment and instrumentation
• Ability to work on-call and provide weekend and holiday coverage
• No block scheduling available; flexibility required
