ED Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This is a 54-week travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Weekly pay: $1,839.86
• Assignment duration: 54 weeks

Role Responsibilities

You will work in the main emergency room of this large facility, providing direct patient care to both adult and pediatric populations. Your responsibilities will include managing emergency department cases, including trauma situations in a Level 1 trauma center environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Valid photo ID with demographic information for badge processing

Preferred Qualifications

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• Level 1 trauma experience

Credentialing

Conditional compliance is allowed for certifications proven to be in process. You will need to provide a badge-appropriate photo with demographic information as part of the credentialing process.
