Monroe Carell JR. Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 29, 2026, with a weekly pay of $3,299.60.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotational days off throughout the week; block schedule not available
• Weekend call rotation per 6-week staff schedule (Saturday 6:30 AM through Monday 6:30 AM, 48-hour periods)
• May be required to work late to finish surgical cases

Role & Responsibilities

• Circulating nurse in a Level I trauma hospital setting
• Work with pediatric patients ages 0–18, with possible adult patients
• Support surgical cases across multiple services: ophthalmology (cataracts, vitrectomies, retina), general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, plastics, and burns
• Float to other units where competent (all services except cardiac and GI) when not needed on assigned unit

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2 years CVOR experience
• 2 years pediatric experience
• Circulating experience required
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Level I trauma hospital experience in similar setting required
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
