PACU - Post Anesthesia Care

Opportunity:

RN - Pre Op

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week plus call requirements
• Work in both Pre-Op and PACU departments
• Patient ratios: Phase I 1:1, Phase II 2-4 patients
• Unit features 10 beds in Pre-Op and 10 beds in PACU
• 2 technicians available on unit for support
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• Provide care for patients receiving general anesthesia including those from the OR, cath lab, EP lab, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and labor and delivery
• Critical care patient experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Dress code: Scrubs required
• No floating policy
