Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No call responsibilities
• No floating between departments
• No block scheduling
• No 48-hour shifts
• 5+ years of laboratory experience required
• Preferred MLT certification (ASCP/AMT)
• Associates degree in lab science or MLT or equivalent education and training required
• Perform work in one or more divisions of the clinical laboratory
• Obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, judgment and leadership in laboratory technology practice
• Responsible for efficient planning, directing and accurate provision of all laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients
• Practice in accordance with laboratory policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and recognized testing techniques
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Work with MEDHOST EMR system
