PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop individualized treatment plans
• Help patients regain mobility and independence through targeted therapy
• Work with patients on functional tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Valid, unrestricted Missouri physical therapy license required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must meet all educational requirements of licensure
