Telemetry RN Job in Augusta, GA

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position. This is a 3x12 night shift assignment with a start date of June 22, 2026, for an 84-day contract.

Position Details:

• 16-bed cardiac telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 and average daily census of 16
• Care for adult to geriatric patients experiencing post-MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, chest pain, and peripheral vascular disease
• Weekly pay: $1,918.08
• 24 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac drip management, peritoneal dialysis, EKG, and Doppler

Schedule and Flexibility:

• Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
• 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule period
• No call requirements
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract; blackout dates during Spring Break (April 4–12)
• Holiday work requirements based on number of major holidays within assignment period
• Navy blue scrubs required
