Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work within a cardiovascular intensive care unit environment with 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
• Utilize Cerner for patient charting
• Wear navy scrubs as required by facility dress code
