Job Details:

• Provide clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment programs
• Evaluate patients accurately and plan appropriate treatment protocols
• Set and meet functional goals while progressing treatment programs as objectives are achieved
• Maintain patient load that reflects established productivity standards
• Complete accurate documentation and patient records in same-day timeframe
• Provide instruction and education to patients, family members, and healthcare providers
• Follow care path guidelines for patient/family education and home program documentation
• Attend 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings
• Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments effectively
• Delegate appropriately to RPTAs and other support personnel
• Assist with training new physical therapy employees and students
• Coordinate activities with other healthcare professionals and staff
• 6 months to 1 year of experience required
• Outpatient experience required
• Epic experience preferred
• Graduation from accredited school of Physical Therapy required
• Valid State of Oklahoma licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required
• Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities essential
