ICU Float Pool RN Job in Asheville, NC

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the ICU Float Pool at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a backfill position created to support vacant roles across the intensive care unit departments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU settings
• Float across different ICU departments as assigned based on facility needs
• Work flexibly to meet staffing requirements across multiple intensive care units
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12 days per week, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: April 27, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,049.84

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ICU experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to different ICU departments and patient populations
