OR RN Job in Marietta, GA

Join Kennestone Hospital as an Operating Room RN on the day shift. You'll work 12-hour shifts, three days per week, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care while adapting to cultural diversity
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate safe, quality patient care delivery and maintain timely documentation
• Function as a proactive member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Respond effectively to emergencies and complex clinical situations
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Serve as preceptor and mentor to other nurses and healthcare staff
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments

What You'll Need

• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Completion of an accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Critical thinking and time management abilities
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Role Details

You'll work with a 30-minute call back requirement and on-call rotation per unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning February 9, 2026, at a weekly rate of $1,864.80.
