Cath Lab Technologist Job in Austin, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at North Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas. You will work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, in an 8-bed cardiac catheterization lab alongside a team of 10 staff members including 4 RNs and 3 CV technicians.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and peripheral vascular procedures
• Support pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) implantation procedures
• Operate and maintain cardiovascular invasive equipment
• Document procedures using the Meditech electronic medical record system
• Prepare and manage supplies and instruments for cardiac interventional cases

Schedule and On-Call Requirements:

• Standard shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts)
• On-call coverage: 10–12 days per month, 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Weekend on-call coverage for 48-hour periods as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional credential
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• RCIS certification preferred

Additional Details:

• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Team player mentality and collaborative communication essential
• Assignment duration: 91 days (13 weeks)
• Start date: July 6, 2026

Compensation: $2,628 per week.
